Travel and Costs
The ADI has worked tirelessly to ensure that the costs incurred by the attendees are minimal. Attendees are expected to cover transportation and hotel costs. Reduced hotel costs, in close vicinity to the conference, are available for a limited time. Breakfast and lunch will be made available to delegates on the Saturday and Sunday of the conference and there will be an optional dinner on the evening of the 8th. Refreshments will also be served at Friday night's reception.
Summit price is $60 CAD
Summit + dinner option is $100
Transport
For costs relating to international travel, the ADI is currently negotiating agreements with major airline companies to provide the most affordable journey to make your attendance at our summit possible. We, however, encourage all attendees to book tickets in advance with travel agents to ensure attendance. Additionally, we also encourage attendees to seek external funding and sponsorship from academic and governmental organizations, where possible. The ADI will readily provide all resources needed to seek funding locally. Flights should be booked to fly into P.E. Trudeau Airport.
